SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy is simple. We don't ship any plants without the right protection; they are going on a trip of a lifetime!! All our plants get wrapped, sealed, watered and placed in a recycled box before shipping. After ordering, we try to ship the items within 3-5 days and will notify you when your item has been shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Once shipped unfortunately we do not offer returns, this is because we ship living things and two journeys might be too much for them to handle. If you place an order before the item is shipped, we can cancel the order and provide a refund. If there are any problems with the plants on arrival, refunds can be discussed.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment is only taken online as our plant boutique does not currently have a plant haven offline.

We are a small company run by a landscape architect who loves plants and am happy to supply other landscape architects with budding plants saved from waste and are happy to be contacted about current or growing plants currently available along with possible new planting possibilities.
